I came up with this idea from reading another site which had stories from people’s lives – but they were just depressing. Ok well, some were funny but after reading how screwed up people’s lives were, I made a joke about how I should start a site where people talked about how good their lives were.
Then the idea snowballed and became a real site.
The basic premise is this: the whole culture of “The Internetz” is full of self deprecating people who seem to focus more on the negatives in life than the positives in life. A quick search on google reveals plenty of fails. But what about the wins? IHAW is there to keep the balance between the wins and fails of the internets.
I’ve spent the last week or so making the site and everything on it, so go have a look… though if you read this blog, you probably know about it already. Oh, but go post a win too.

In short: Exactly like Borat but with a gay dude in it.
Longer version:
This movie was almost exactly the same as Borat. Same documentary style, same kind of plot line – A TV personality starving for attention attempts to make a documentary but along the way loses their one friend but eventually makes it out. It was funny the first time, arduous the second time.
While I went into the theatre knowing that Bruno was meant to be some gay fashionista and was completely comfortable with the idea the movie would have a lot of gay in it, I wasn’t comfortable with seeing a erect penis fill up the movie screen and dance around for a minute, while finally shouting “BRUNO”. Yes, the penis shouted. The opening of the urethra even made the effort of moving its lips for the effect.
Overall, the movie isn’t worth seeing, unless you want to see a lot of gay. Which is fine, I won’t judge you for it. But I’m warning you anyway.
PS. Transformers was shit too. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to put giant balls on one of the decepticons?
